Mary and Ben were so wonderful to work with, they are genuine people!  They really took the time to deeply listen to what we were looking for in a house and surrounding area.  They were so accommodating to our process and really made it fun!  Mary and Ben wanted to make sure that we had all the opportunities to see different houses to compare, and all the information to ensure that when we found the one, that we felt solid about it.  They were always available and very responsive.  We felt supported and advocated for from beginning our search to closing on our house, we always felt that they had our best interests at heart.  We’ll never work with anyone else!

Working with Ben and Mary was a pleasure. In Ben’s quiet way, he observed our reactions to each property we viewed and refined his intuition of our likes and dislikes. After showing us about 8 or 9 properties that he and Mary had pre-screened, he had latched on to what would please us, and within a few days, found us a listing that ticked off all our boxes. Mary bent over backward after our offer was accepted, to help us find the resources that would enable us to look after the property until we could move in from overseas. Her assistance saved us months of frustration, and thousands of dollars. The two of them looked after all the details of inspection and closing that would have been impossible for us from our overseas location. We have purchased many homes over our lives, in three countries, and have never had the experience so positive and seamless as we had with Ben and Mary.
