After showing us about 8 or 9 properties that he and Mary had pre-screened, he had latched on to what would please us, and within a few days, found us a listing that ticked off all our boxes. Mary bent over backward after our offer was accepted, to help us find the resources that would enable us to look after the property until we could move in from overseas. Her assistance saved us months of frustration, and thousands of dollars. The two of them looked after all the details of inspection and closing that would have been impossible for us from our overseas location.
